Hilbah
Can only be described as a sweet/ savoury pudding consistency -
delicious, heavy and wholesome.
But I have a problem - what is it?

ANSWER: Fenugreek
Ustadza Salwah - The art is in the stirring!
In goes the water of this soaked rock?
Known as 'jardigar'
It has a really salty/ bitter taste and makes the Hilbah go yellow.
ANSWER: Soda Bicarbonate
